Oil Paint Uni:
Looks nice, though not really catching me. Didn't the last Oil Paint Neopet also have a flower theme, the Oil Paint Blumaroo if I'm remembering correctly. The works of Claude Monet and Maud Lewis was given as possible inspirations, though looking up flower paintings myself I found some works of Gustav Klimt also fitting. I think in conclusion flowers are just a very popular thing to make an oil painting of. 
Neon Uni:
Need a darker Colour Uni to see it, but I like it. I can see a few creative things being done with it. I'm hoping if they do a Dimensional Uni it'll be dark enough these could be used with it.

Not the neutral colored replacement tail I was hoping for. Doesn't look that good over my red Christmas uni's tail. As far as the horn, I prefer the rainbow uni horn, although this isn't bad. I do like the hooves.

the neon clothing would look great on a dimensional uni if we had one i bet!
i don't have any strong feelings towards the new color but i do feel it is a little busy. i feel like the mane/tail would have been lovely if it were that shade of red like the horn.
i also have been growing steadily aware of the flower on it's nose and i can't unsee the clown nose now.

I like the Neon Uni outfit, although I fear it might only really look well on darker coloured pets, to really make the colours pop!
Oil paint is alright, but I think it would have been better without the flowers, especially the one on the muzzle.

The Oil Paint Uni looks like one of Vincent van Gogh painting. I really love it.
And I wish they will do these clothing for other species as well.
